Textile Inside Sales

for a privately owned designer woven textiles Dallas-based company in the business for 40 years
  • $25/hour. Depending on performance, could get increase at conversion and eventually commissions
  • Temp to perm
  • Mon-Fri, 8-5 but some flexibility
  • Designer office & warehouse, EXTREMELY clean and pleasant environment
  • Tenure here is no shorter than 5 years for most of the small team
  • Owner/Manager has created an environment where it's collaborative in coming up with solutions to increase revenue and improve the experience of clients

Responsibilities:
  • Reaching out to current and warm clients to increase sales in existing database
  • 35% will be generating new generation sales
  • Cross-training
  • Reaching out to hospitality and institutional and others
  • Talking with subcontractors to gain business
