Job Description
Service Technicians
Multiple locations in San Antonio and Austin are looking to add Service Techs.
Pay is $17/hr for positions in San Antonio and $18/hr in Austin
Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM and Sat's (8-3)
Temp to perm after about 3 months
Job Duties & Qualifications:
• Installing/servicing ignition interlock devices.
• Conducting training sessions covering use of the device to clients and others.
• Thinking independently and working through service issues to closure.
• Maintaining clean and safe work area.
• Understanding and agreeing to abide by the policies and procedures established by the company.
• Maintaining a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees consistent with the company’ s mission and philosophy.
• Maintaining the professionalism, confidentiality and image as required by the position
• Performing additional duties as assigned or directed.
• Maintaining the integrity, security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.
