Job Description
Service Technician
•Pay: is $18-19/hour
•Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM and Sat's (8-3)
•Temp to perm after about 3 months (520 hours)
•Some travel will be involved. Reimbursed for gas & mileage
•Will also train in Irving, TX for 1 week during 1st month of contract (all expenses paid)

Job Duties & Qualifications:
- Installing/servicing ignition interlock devices.
- Conducting training sessions covering use of the device to clients and others.
- Thinking independently and working through service issues to closure.
- Maintaining clean and safe work area.
- Understanding and agreeing to abide by the policies and procedures established by the company.
- Maintaining a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees consistent with the company’s mission and philosophy.
- Maintaining the professionalism, confidentiality and image as required by the position
- Performing additional duties as assigned or directed.
- Maintaining the integrity, security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.
