Job Description:
- Enter and dispatch work orders
- Ensure that work orders have been received by subcontractors, and verify the
- scheduled time and date of the work
- Call subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify
- completion or update the status
- Enter accurate and complete notes in the system regarding correspondence
- with customers and subcontractors
- Act on all incoming phone calls and faxes
- Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete
- Update customer web based portals
- Acquire necessary materials in order to fully complete the job
- Effectively manage the dashboard and maintain customer as well as company's
- requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in call center environment with multiple phones lines and customer service. Will also consider recent college graduates
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass drug and background screen
- Ability to multitask on dual monitors with multiple systems while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Experience in lighting and electrical a plus
