Bilingual (Spanish / English) SAP Inventory Specialist

Plano, TX 75074

3 month contract 

$30-36/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Transition: Oversee the transition of inventory counts from the legacy system to SAP, ensuring accurate data migration and system synchronization.
  • Inventory Counting: Conduct regular and periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and consistency across the SAP system.
  • Inventory Corrections: Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, including adjustments in SAP, to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Data Collection & Entry: Gather and organize data related to inventory levels, movements, and other warehouse activities;input data into the SAP system.
  • Warehouse Operations: Support warehouse functions, including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and collaborate with the team to implement best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Bilingual - Spanish/English
  • SAP experience: Proven experience working with SAP systems, especially in inventory management and data transition.
  • Warehouse experience: hands on experience in warehouse operations, including picking/packing and shipping/receiving. 
  • Inventory Management: strong understanding of inventory processes, including counting, corrections, and data entry.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
