Contract to Hire

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Review plans and phasing for optimal construction sequence.
• Coordinate plan changes or issues with client.
• Track RFP’ s, RFI’ s, and submittals. Provide updates as required.
• Procurement for site office/utilities and services.
• Create and maintain the project schedule.
• Order and track materials.
• Schedule testing or QA/QC hold points for each discipline.
• Track costs, production, and billings.
• Cost analysis & preparation for review by management.
• Review/Approve Subcontractor invoicing.
• Review/Approve PO items.
• Provide oversight and direction to both internal resources and
• Day to day operations and problem resolution.
• Provide project updates to company leadership as well as clients.
• Change order negotiation and implementation.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers.
• Required to typically pick up daily purchase order items themselves.
• Setup, monitor, install and maintain water meters.
• Coordinate with HR/Payroll regarding payment of employees.
• Coordinate weekly scheduling meeting with Field Managers
