Job Description
Production/Warehouse Assistant
- The job location is in Springfield, MO.
- Monday thru Thursday: 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm
- Friday: 8: 00 am to 3: 00 pm
- No Nights or weekends
- The pay rate is 17.00 an hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Player, communicate effectively and fills in where necessary
- Work with production team to prioritize backlog and meet deadlines
- Maintain inventory of materials used
- Lift various weights of materials onto the routing table with and without machine assistance
- Work with design team to establish and uphold standards
- Utilize En-Route/Pro Cut Software to convert vector artwork into sign specific cut file
- Implement routing strategies and cutting operations with the aid of the machine
- Operate other equipment including plotters, overhead cranes, jib cranes, pallet jack and vertical panel saw
- Responsible for printer, router/cutter, and other miscellaneous equipment maintenance schedule
- Use basic hand tools, measuring tools, and power tools
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all time
- Properly load and use a hot / cold pressure laminator following standard safety precautions
- Properly and efficiently uses and X-Acto knife and ruler
- Mask, weed and apply vinyl to various substrates
- Occasionally assist on installs for larger projects with lead installer
- Occasionally install smaller projects as solo installer
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance
- Full time position with possible overtime (rare)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence
- Ability to work with computers and software systems
- Must wear all personal protective equipment PPE
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead
- Must be able to lift 0-20lbs. Frequently and 21-30+ lbs. Occasionally
- Accuracy and attention to detail
