Job Description

These products combined with the most professional sales representatives and service technicians have led us to the enviable position of the largest independent loading dock, industrial door, and in plant lift specialist in the United States. As part of this growth, we have an opening for Preventative Maintenance Coordinator in the Dallas area.
The position will provide support and administration for the branch and sales representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep current Preventative Maintenance schedule for each customer s frequency requirement.
- Field incoming preventative maintenance requests calls/emails.
- Coordinate dispatching of PM work orders with customer and Service Manager.
- Order, track and call off required lift rental equipment as needed.
- Communicate with PM technicians and Service Manager regarding completion status and keep customer and territory manager apprised of any issues arising during PM.
- Confirm all costs associated with the PM WO are correctly entered; including labor, rental equipment and stock materials.
- Serve as accounting liaison to assist customers with billing or other related inquiries.
- Provide dispatching support and backup when Dispatcher is unavailable.
- Conduct quality audit on at least 10 work orders each week and provide feedback to Coordinator Process Manager I and II
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Skills/Experience
- 1 3 years basic administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Friendly, outgoing phone voice.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Some college preferred.
