Assists all company transactions in QuickBooks Desktop (QBD). Processing AR/AP, record all bank transactions and handle all monthly and annual reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Deposits
- Bills - receive, attach invoices, understanding of item receipts
- Review payables and match with invoices
- Print checks
- Enter all transactions into appropriate accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Customer statements
- Quarterly sales tax
- filing/creating new folders for customers and vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping experience required.
- QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) experience required
- Knowledge of sales tax preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
