OBJECTIVES
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Manage objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Ensure the company quotas are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor process
- Establish the sales process, sales growth quotas, sales forecast, and budget
- Maintain pipeline of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads
- Conduct competitive intelligence to fully understand the marketplace
- Create and maintain professional relationships with new, prospective and existing clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 + years of sales experience
- Oil and Gas industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts
- Excellent time and territory management skills
- Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
- Experience working with senior executives to tackle challenging business problems
- Strong understanding of managing client needs
- Ability to negotiate sales and delivery contracts
- Ability to travel up to 20% (Midland, Texas)
