Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone in both English and Spanish.
  • Utilize computer skills for accurate appointment scheduling.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Assist with medical terminology as needed and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address patient needs efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Experience in appointment scheduling and medical office settings
  • Ability to analyze information and assist patients effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting from $16.50 per hour

Schedule:
  • Monday thru Friday, 8-5;1 hour lunch break

Work Location: In person. NW Tucson
