 Overview:
RPC’s client in Wylie, TX is seeking an experienced Paint Line Manager to oversee our vertical liquid and vertical powder paint departments. This critical role will report directly to the Plant Manager and play a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, and quality control.

 Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to achieving departmental goals.
  • Production Goals: Establish and drive production objectives to meet company targets while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with architectural coating standards and customer specifications.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety practices across team operations, processes, and equipment to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

 Requirements
  • Proven experience managing vertical liquid or powder paint lines.
  • Expertise in aluminum architectural applications, 
  • Extensive technical knowledge of cleaning and pretreatment and liquid & powder painting processes.
  • A production-minded leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Minimum of 5 years of paint line management experience.
