Local Lab Specializing in Women's Health seeking Lab Assistant/Accessioners ASAP
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Up to $19 per hour PAID WEEKLY, START MONDAY!
Full-Time! Long-Term Permanent Position Possible! Advancement Opportunity!
TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 9-5: 30
Join a close-knit team that is experiencing fast growth throughout their network of clients who offer medical care to women all over the country.
JOB SUMMARY:
Accessioner prepares patient samples for clinical and anatomical testing. Specifically, this includes preparing specimens for testing, entering data into the Laboratory Information System, preparing specimen works lists and performing instrumentation maintenance and clean-up duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluates specimen orders and enters clinical data / information into a variety of computer systems.
- Performs technical and non-technical procedures required to process and submit patient specimens for analysis.
- Documents information as required, including processing logs quality control, and labeling of reagents.
- Routinely handles biohazardous and / or chemical hazardous materials.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year of related experience in a lab or medical setting
- MUST HAVE ORCHARD COPIA EXPERIENCE!
