JUNIOR EXECUTIVE SALES LEADER –NON-REMOTE position

Location: Dallas, Texas
Reports To: CEO
Position Type: Full-time

Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Junior Executive Sales Leader to support and expand our national outside sales teams, while establishing an internal sales department (TEAM ASSIST) that reflects and supports all aspects of both field and in-house sales.

Job Summary

Our ideal candidate is a focused sales expert with a proven track record in working with both existing and evolving sales teams, furthering strong client relationships while remaining responsible for client’s sales revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Assist with executing and implementing the national sales outreach department through alignment with the company’s overall sales goals and objectives.
  • A measurable competence in maximizing sales opportunities with key decision makers based on strategic determinants.
  • The ability to investigate market trends, competitor activity and customer needs while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Assist in setting clear goals and KPIs for sales performance and team development.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition of our product.

Team Management
  • Ability to inspire a diverse team of outside sales managers and representatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.
  • Actively participation in scheduled training and development programs to enhance all aspects of sales capabilities.

Revenue Growth
  • Drive the achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop pricing models, discount structures, and promotions to maximize profitability.
  • Short- and long-term sales planning.

Operational Oversight
  • Assist with leveraging CRM tools to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and analyze sales data.
  • Involvement with algorithm dissemination and data assessment (sorting, searching, optimization).
  • Interface and communication protocols.

Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on managing multi-region or national teams.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends, such as AI-driven insights or digital selling techniques.
