High-End Sales Lead
Opportunity:
Seeking a strategic & dynamic individual to support and expand national sales teams while establishing an internal sales department to support both field and in-house sales.
Ideal Candidate:
•Focused Sales Expert with proven track record in high end sales
•Skilled at working with both existing sales efforts while also growing department
•Able to build strong relationships
•Reaching & exceeding sales revenue goals
Key Responsibilities:
(Strategic Leadership)
•Execute & implement national sales strategy
•Maximize sales opportunities with decision makers
•Ability to investigate market trends, competition, customer needs, and identify growth opportunities
•Assist in setting clear goals & KPI’s for sales performance & team development
•Effective communication internally & externally
(Team Management)
•Ability to inspire & lead diverse team of outside salespeople
•Foster collaborative & high-performing culture focused on accountability & innovation
•Participate in training & development programs to enhance sales
(Revenue Growth)
•Assist in facilitating quantifiable achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets
•Work with Customer Service, Marketing & Product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies
•Develop pricing models, discounts, & promotions to max profitability
•Short & Long-term sales planning
(Operational Oversight)
•Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline and any progress, forecast revenue, and analyze sales data
•Data assessment (sorting, searching, optimization)
(Customer Engagement)
•Build & maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Preferred:
•BA in business admin, marketing, or related
•MBA or equivalent advanced degree
•Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends (AI or digital selling techniques)
Must Have’s:
•Ideally a minimum of 4 years of sales leadership experience (managing multi-region or national teams)
•Proven sales track record and hitting goals
•Firsthand experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
•Exceptional Strong and clear communication & negotiation skills
