Location: Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex



Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and leveraging growth opportunities. The ideal Growth Manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, and relationship building. The Growth Manager will play a crucial role in driving the rapid growth of the business.


To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, Salesforce, social media and emails.

Responsibilities & duties:
  • Develop, execute, and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Identify and analyze key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads
  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
  • Create reports and present performance metrics to senior management
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Conduct customer research
  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Work directly with outside sales team on new leads


Skills / attributes required:
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Strong project and time management
  • Proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications / experience required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 3 plus year(s) experience in Lead Generation/Growth Management
