Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a polished and professional Corporate Executive Assistant to join our administrative team at our corporate office. The Corporate EA will be responsible for project coordination, vendor & contract management, and providing direct support to the Executive Director.
Objectives:
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the Executive Director.
- Support various Directors on a limited basis.
- Oversee and maintain corporate contracts and electronic document management system.
- Manage, edit (Word/PDF), and coordinate execution of internal and external administrative contracts.
- Handle typing, copying, and distribution of various correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Arrange travel;manage conference/seminar registrations and confirmations.
- Organize Executive and Corporate calendars;schedule meetings and facilitate meeting arrangements.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- Interface with outside legal counsel and maintain routine lists.
- Provide legal assistant support as necessary.
- Support and/or coordinate insurance application renewals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is REQUIRED.
- 10-15 years in a high-level Executive Assistant role (experience in legal or medical administration environment is helpful).
- Excellent grammar, spelling, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google platform.
