About our Client

Our client is the leading innovator in the signs & graphics industry. From concept to completion, the sign experts can create, design, produce and install quality signage that will help any business make a lasting impression. While they may be an international corporation, they have a small- town dedication to service. Each of the locations are independently owned and operated by highly trained sign experts.
Key Responsibilities of this Position:

We have a tremendous opportunity for experienced people who are self-motivated, customer service oriented and seek to achieve a high level of success. No sugar coating here, this is no easy task and is only meant for the strongest candidates!
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing clients, internet leads and engaging with the customers by phone, in person or by email.
  • Phone call and customer ORGANIZATION a MUST!
  • A minimum of 2-5 years’ sales/customer service experience is required.
  • 100% responsible for timely response to every customer lead (new and existing clients).
  • All our clients are VIP clients, and every new opportunity is a chance to get a customer excited about the growth of their business and brand!
  • Self-proclaimed quick learner. Our product line is extensive, learning and understanding our capabilities will be a requirement in order for you to become an expert in our industry.
  • Participate in team meetings and fulfill administrative tasks.
  • Ability to ask questions and retain information for future projects, a great memory is a requirement for this position!
  • Energy a MUST! We are not looking for quiet reserved telemarketers! You will not be hidden in a closed office! Your face will be the first one our clients see when they walk in!

We will be basing our hiring choice on experience, confidence, and ENERGY! Who are you? You are the type of person who brings added value to any circumstance, who cherishes being a little different while fitting in with a crowd. You enjoy being overly organized, and probably color-code your shoes in the closet. You definitely like coffee but bring your own personal spark when you get into work in the morning (and are never late).

  • You have at least 2-5 years experience working in sales role or customer service where you were responsible for keeping your clients happy and hitting your numbers.
  • You strive to continue learning about the industry you’ re in are self-motived and driven every day!
  • Strong computer skills required!

Monday to Friday - Did we mention...Friday 8 am - 3 pm No nights / weekends
