Established, award-winning Specialty Practice currently has 3 open positions for experienced Medical Front Office Patient Schedulers to join as part of a permanent member of our healthcare team in Tucson, AZ 85704, to provide exceptional patient service within appointment scheduling, confirmations, confidentiality, medical records, EMR (Epic or Athena) and customer service. *Nicotine-free facility.* Requires at least 1-3 years of prior Medical/Patient experience in healthcare settings to start within 1-2 weeks (starts with immediate Benefits - full list below)

Job Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries via phone
- Utilize EMR skills for accurate appointment scheduling
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette, Medical Records handling, and communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience
- Assist with medical terminology as needed and maintain confidentiality of patient records (HIPAA)
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address patient needs efficiently
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology
- Adept in computer skills, patient calls, appointment scheduling, medical records, HIPAA
- EMR/EHR - Epic or Athena knowledge PLUS
- Excellent phone etiquette, patient representation, & customer service abilities
- Experience in Medical Front Office settings, patient representation
- Specialty experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Smoke-free facility (onboarded with nicotine test)
